بررسی برخی از ویژگی¬های زیستی و میزان شکارگری سوسکCybocephalus fodori minor (Coleoptera : Cybocephalidae ) روی سپردار واوی پسته Lepidosaphes pistaciae ( Homoptera : Diaspididae ) در استان اصفهان

Abstract:

وجود سوسک Cybocephalus fodori minor End. در ایران، اولین بار در سال 1381 با نام سوسک شکارگر سپردار واوی پسته Lepidosaphes pistaciae Arch.  از اصفهان گزارش گردید. این تحقیق با هدف بررسی برخی ویژگی­های زیستی، اکولوژیکی و همچنین میزان شکارگری این سوسک شکارگر  روی سپردار واوی پسته از اواخر آبان سال 1384 تا اواخر آبان ماه 1385 در شهر نجف آباد استان اصفهان انجام گرفت.در طول اجرای این بررسی با انجام نمونه برداری های مستمر هفتگی نحوه زمستان گذرانی، وضعیت دیاپوز، طول عمر حشرات کامل زمستان گذران، تعداد نسل و میزان شکارگری طبیعی این سوسک شکارگر بررسی گردید.  از داده های حاصل از نمونه‌برداری­های هفتگی و شمارش تعداد سپردارهای زنده و تعداد علائم تغذیه این سوسک شکارگر جهت محاسبه درصد شکارگری آن روی سپردار واوی پسته استفاده شد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان دادند که زمستان‌گذرانی این سوسک شکارگر به صورت حشره کامل در زیر پوستک‌های درختان پسته است. این سوسک­ها درون قفس­هایی در خارج از آزمایشگاه و در شرایط طبیعی 3 نسل کامل ایجاد کردند. در نتیجه فعالیت سوسک شکارگر فوق میزان شکارگری81/20% ، 18/39%  و01/42% به ترتیب روی سپردار واوی پسته مستقر روی شاخه، برگ و میوه حاصل شد.
